Cook Islands Weddings - Documentation Requirements:
Application for a Marriage Licence must be made in person to the Registrar of Marriages in the Cook Islands at least three working days prior to marriage, not including the day of application. This requirement can sometimes be waived but with good reason, and written request in advance. ($50 waiver fee applies). Our wedding co-ordinator can assist you with this documentation.

Your Passport and Birth Certificate will be required when filling out the Notice Of Intended Marriage at the Registrars Office. If divorced, a copy of your Decree Nisi or Death Certificate of previous spouse is required. Documents must be in English.
