Rumours Luxury Villas & Spa have a range of villa options that cater for all those that require very upmarket south pacific tropical romantic vacation/holiday boutique resort accommodation and while the rates vary from villa to villa, there is no variance in the standard of service, attention to detail, VIP inclusions or facilities that are standard to Rumours.

There is a $150/night charge for each extra person over the first two people staying to a maximum of four people per villa.

VIP Inclusions in the tariff: 

  • VIP airport transfers to and from the airport in our own air-conditioned vehicle with our own driver meeting all guests on arrival into Rarotonga airport for their holiday.
  • Floral scented neck ei.
  • Champagne and gift basket in villa on arrival for your vacation.
  • Daily breakfast – Either full American style self cook or full continental including our superb island tropical smoothies, full of local fruit.
  • Full use of Kayaks, snorkeling gear, extensive (over 300 DVD’s and CD’s) in our library.
  • Full guest laundry.
  • Complimentary local telephone calls.

Wireless Internet available in each villa for small usage charge.

Check in time is 2:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM

DAY ROOM

The Day Room is for the use of guests whose check out time is 11.00am and their flight does not leave until maybe 11.00pm at night or for those guests who arrive early am and villa is not booked until check in of 2pm.  Maybe guests would then prefer to book the Day Room at the time of making reservation at the cost of NZ$200 rather than take another full villa nightly rate for those few hours.  We will transfer guests to the Day Room on either Arrival or Departure from their Rumours Villa to/from the airport for flight connections. Please request Day Room at the time of making villa reservations if you prefer this option should your flight times be well outside normal check in/out times. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservations cancelled outside two months of arrival date: - full refund of any monies paid.
  • Cancelled inside two months but outside one month of arrival date: - one night’s accommodation due.
  • Cancelled inside one month but outside one week of arrival date: - two night’s accommodation due.
  • Cancelled inside one week of arrival date: - three night’s accommodation due.
  • No Show or reduced length stay at, or after, check-in: - full reservation cost due.

Your card will be charged 20% of the total reservation value when your booking is confirmed; the balance is due on checkout.
